June 11, 2016 Launch report
By David Bellhorn

It was a beautiful day to launch rockets.  There was enough wind to keep us cool without effecting the rockets too badly.  The temperature slowly crept up the dial, but only reached into the lower 90's by range shutdown.  Here are some pictures from the launch.

Our low power pads were kept busy throughout the day.  Noah brought a fleet of four custom designed rockets for his first launch with the club.  Simba also came well prepared launching five rockets.

On the high power end, we had three L1 and one L2 certification attempts.  Andrew had a great test launch with his research L motor, but his rocket seemed to disappear after landing.

There were a total of 37 motors used across 34 rockets.  Simba launched his MRV which stages to a cluster for the uneven numbers.

I hope to see everyone at our next launch on July 2!
