 China Grove
The Alamo Fireworks' Fireworks
Safe Area on Highway 87, between Loop 410 and Loop 1604, East of
downtown San Antonio. To
get to the field, go East on Highway 87 through China Grove and past
the Alamo Fireworks headquarters (brick) building. Turn
right into the grassy area just before the large Alamo Fireworks retail
stand. Continue south on the grassy area and go through a small
gap in the barged wire fence. This area is a plain field and
there are not comfort facilities in the immediate area. Boots and
long
pants are highly recommended. Be sure to bring enough water and
sunscreen. There is a Walmart and fast food resturants at Highway
87 and Loop
410. There is a Valero Quick Stop and Dairy Queen about one mile
west of the field at the intersection of Highway 87 and Farm Road 1576
